This market leading organisation specialise in the construction and refurbishment of retails, commercial and industrial projects across NSW. They have built a strong reputation within the industry for consistently delivering quality projects, and building long-standing r elationships that last way beyond the length of the project.

This Tamworth based project involves the extension and refurbishment of an existing commercial building and is expected to be completed by Christmas this year. We require and experienced Site Foreman to drive activity on site for the length of this project.

Due to the specific requirements of this project you will be required to work night shift and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Arranging and supervision of tradespeople
• Management of site OHS documentation
• Inductions, reviewing SWMS, toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Reporting on progress to Project Manager
• Liaising with the client representative in respect to OHS and work timelines

You will be trade qualified, have a Construction General Induction card for NSW, and preferably be a qualified first aider. You will have excellent people management skills, good time management and have a proven track record meeting strict deadlines.
