is a vocation and an art, that allows you to fulfil a variety of needs and can
provide genuine job satisfaction. You will work with multi-skilled professionals who share a passion for the industry and embrace \"second to none\" client service, founded on attention to detail and compassion. Your responsibilities will entail:
• Discussing and planning funeral details with bereaved families, including all associated administrative tasks;
• Setting up for the funeral services both within the client\'s facility as well as at external churches and chapels;
• Being in attendance with the families at the funeral; and
• Providing a transfer service for the deceased, from home or hospital, through to our clients care.
No previous industry experience is required; however it will be essential that you have skills in coordination and people/relationship management. You will also be able to prioritise and work effectively under pressure, be outcome focused, have excellent attention to detail and impeccable customer service skills.
