As one of Australia’s well known regional banks, this organisation is currently on a current strategic growth phase. Based in TAMWORTH, NSW there is currently a requirement for an experienced Business Development Manager to acquire new business and manage a new portfolio of agribusiness customers once obtained.

Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager you will seek out opportunities to obtain a new customer base and will obtain revenue through strong referral networks as well as your own. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, writing new and existing agribusiness lending deals and ensuring full financial analysis and due diligence is achieved. As a proactive and driven client relationship builder you will take an active role in meeting with customers and offering a competitive and comprehensive service across a specialised industry set.

Successful applicants will have a proven background of driving new lending business and will be independent and confident in approach. You will have a sound background in credit analysis, and will be able to demonstrate an ability to develop and build client relationships whilst also working towards sales targets. You must be able to demonstrate a solid working knowledge of Agricultural business and will be sales savvy in approach. A strong local network is essential. A car and home office will be provided.
